This handmade book features The Waste Land, a poem by T. S. Eliot. The type is set with generous margins in the Palatino typeface by Hermann Zapf. Each chapter begins with a title spread featuring jagged copperplate calligraphy, and is followed by a bookplate illustration framed by a border featuring the free from the frontispiece. Two copies were produced and bound by hand using Coptic stitching and Japanese binding for decoration on the covers. The book also featured hand-marbled endpapers.
